BA has a 2-4 requirement depending on the status
QF has a 4 requirement depending
AA used to have a 4 requirement, but that was dropped some time ago.
Have not checked other OW airlines
The definition of "own" flight does vary between ffp's.
  • Operated and marketed
  • Marketed (codeshare) and operated by another OW airline
  • Operated, where you buy a codeshare but fly on the airline(metal) you want status with
