Eight departures and arrivals in five days (two round trips) included no fewer than SIX bus transfers including two at LHR T4 featuring the enhancement of uncovered steps in the rain.

So the Ryanair syndrome does seem to be spreading.

No, it's not true - Ryanair don't provide buses .
