Me again

I have a question for the C2000 passengers.
I was Platinum Ultimate for 2 years and Plat for around 6 years so 4 years remaining to become PFL.

I moved to the C2000 Ulti tier a few weeks ago.
I was looking at my XP in the AF app and they all disappeared (only UXP remaining).
In addition, the graph with the X remaining years to become PFL just disappeared.

How does it work in that case as I expect not to lose my Plat 6 consecutive years...
