Unless you are planning travel in more than 10 separate 30 day periods, it makes more sense to purchase a month (30-day) subscription , and that probably only makes sense if you are doing more than 1 RT in that 30 day period.
And yes I have gotten an ETC with a monthly pass, but that was 2 years ago
