My last 4 emails to the ambassador team was always replied by someone from North American offices regardless what time I sent them.
From the phone number its either Austin TX or Ontario Canada

And as for the reply, they did reply promptly and manage to deal with standard task like applying Your24 without issue.
I guess I was lucky to deal with proper ambassador so far.

Pros is, the ambassador members now have the chance to reach out to good ambassador once a while now
