About the schedule for the Christmas tree formation flights, it's quite amazing looking at how fast it takes to fly on the planes between the mentioned localities, especially when you're used to seeing the time it takes to drive or take the trains to get between the same mentioned localities.

People paid for that instead of bringing their own sleeping sack of the sort that they took to the hostels/cabins around Scandinavia where many people don't want to pay for the rental sheet service?
Back in my days as a kid, it was the norm that on long-haul flights that the floor in front of the seats would become the hard bed with blankets as a mattress .... at no additional charge. Even in business and first class at times.
