Recently I called to change the statement closing date for both my personal and business AA cards. Apparently the rep told me that it's not possible to select any dates. I don't quite remember the reason given to me, but only certain days are possible. Ultimately, I was able to pick the 28th for my AA cards. I would prefer to set it to the 30th or 31st of each month. Did the rep conveyed accurate information to me?
