Are you serious? There isn't a single airline that serves food that even comes CLOSE to fresh resaurant food. Those airlines that prepare parts of the the meal fresh (like CX) serve decent food but it's certainly not resaturant quality. Presentation is excellent but it still isn't all fresh. You can't grill fresh meat or poach fish at 30000 feet... If I were served the best airline food in a restaurant and got charged 100$ for it I would not be satisfied. It's impossible to serve the complete meal without some kind of reheating, a serious resatuarnt will prepare everything fresh, from veggies to sauces. Even CX and SQ serve their meat and veggie dishes out of oven baked reheat meals, though they do steam fresh rice and cook fresh eggs for breakfast. After having tried almost all the worlds first class services many many times I feel I can safely make the above statements.
