Are you finding that your corporate rate is lower than the other publicly available rates?

I know not all corporate rates are the same, but I've found that my corporate rate is consistently higher than the other rates (and sometimes even the standard rate). I assume it's because the corporate rare was negotiated without any knowledge of COVID/the knock on carnage in the travel industry. I'm also not holding out much hope for next years corporate rate to give me any better deals vs. the publicly available rates.
