You'll want to gate check a stroller of some type. If recommend though going ahead and checking your car seat and base and then bringing an inexpensive umbrella stroller with you as the airport transportation, if you're not planning on buying a seat for your baby and using the car seat on the plane. We always found that a lighter weight stroller was much easier to deal with going though the airport than the large car seat and stroller systems out there.
