Same in NYC. 50 Bowery is around the $80 mark. There’s also a Prive 3rd night free rate, but that’s not so helpful for mattress runs (since 3rd night isn’t a qualifying night).
+Destination Fee at JDV. I don't think all SFO properties are waiving it, and when I checked 50 Bowery it looked like fee applies after 01JAN (though they may extend the waiver at this point).
