Though, the line about having to remove personal ambassadors because governments around the world forced them to close their call centers hits me the wrong way. If they really wanted to keep personal ambassadors they could have adapted the AS airlines style of remote work.. it’s similar to Apple claiming that removing chargers from the sale of the new iPhone was purely for environmental reasons (whereas they accidentally said it was due to 5G costs prior).
