We often assist members with upcoming reservations, Suite Night Awards, and Your24™ requests. We can also help with items outside of the hotel stay itself, including arranging transportation, dinner reservations, theatre tickets, or helping with special requests. As we get to know you better, we work to ensure that you are taken care of during your travel.
With your Ambassador Elite Status, our goal is to deliver a highly personalized level of service, holistically, in connection with your hotel stays. By becoming a member of Ambassador Service, you have elected to receive this level of personalized service. We will ensure that the level of personalized service you receive during your future stays does not change unless you tell us otherwise. I also wanted to be sure you were aware that Marriott is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all our guests. Typically, you would be assigned a personal Ambassador to serve as your main point of contact. However, governments around the world are making decisions to halt nonessential business activity due to COVID-19, and many of our Ambassadors work from contact centers around the globe that have been required to close. As a result, we are temporarily adapting the way we deliver the Ambassador Service, while enabling us to protect the health and safety of our associates worldwide. For this time period, we are engaging our global Ambassador Service team to respond to and address your needs. This temporary approach will help us ensure you get the timeliest response to any travel needs you may have.
While this decision was necessitated by the fight against COVID-19, please know we are committed to returning to business-as-usual when it is safe to do so and permitted by governments. As soon as we are able, we will be in touch to introduce you to your personal ambassador.
