I called SkyMiles Customer Service today and was able to get almost exactly what I wanted.

- exactly what I wanted for the flight from JAX thru JFK to CDG
- then exactly what I wanted for the flight from CDG to BCN
- but the return flight was not great - it involved 4 planes and taking over 24 hours - BCN - CDG - ORD (Chicago) - ATL - JAX

The lady checked the previous day as well and she said there were no other options available....

Should I have asked to check with other SkyTeam members? Or she checks that automatically? I decided to hold these tickets for 2 weeks (option they provide) and if I don't confirm them, they'll just cancel....

What should I do now?
