I think what James said, or an air Marshall was in row 4 and needed to be re-accommodated, I know I’ve seen that happen (although generally I see them in 2CD). Most of us have had the row 4 lesson taught to us one too many times which is why it’s important the second you are upgraded to grab your phone app and see if you can find any seat in rows 1-3.
