While the benefits of being gold were _occasionally_ worthwhile, they're not worth a 70-300% premium.
Funny thing is, 3 out of 4 of my upcoming hotel reservations (all via priceline) are at a Hilton!
without sounding sarcasitic,,,please do not call Hilton expecting "corporate" to help you out when you want to cancel, cancel without penalty, modify or otherwise change something on your Priceline reservation and the hotel declines to accommodate your request.
