Only drawback in CDG, 2F2 lounge was closed while I expected to work there. I did not know they closed it since beginning of November as I was always in 2F1 for my last flights.

But I agree with you that AF should inform the eligible pax. Because once you are at F2, you certainly don't want to do another 1km walk round trip to go to the other lounge in F1.
