I flew yesterday from CDG to MUC (as usual )

Was in Y and got proactively upgraded to C by a very nice chief purser ! Several nice attention, she apologized several times about the poor on-board service these days.
She was clearly trying her best to please me

Only drawback in CDG, 2F2 lounge was closed while I expected to work there. I did not know they closed it since beginning of November as I was always in 2F1 for my last flights.

AF could definitely inform us in advance (pop up window while online check-in for ex ?) so there is no surprise while arriving in front of the closed doors
