I opened the SW Performance Business, I have not used any of the upgraded boardings or Wifi credits, etc. When my AF posts I plan on contacting Chase and asking for compensation on the next AF, lower AF, statement credit, more Southwest points, etc.

If they offer me a decent deal I'll take it, if not I'm cancelling.

As far as using your upgraded boardings in January it will be tight, here is my question and reply from Chase. Seems anything BEFORE statement number 13 is considered year #1

I have a flight on January 12, 2021, will that count towards this years 4 upgrades since my first statement AFTER my anniversary date will close January 21,2021 ?


Let me clarify that your anniversary date is on January 2nd of every year. As you stated you are traveling on January 12, 2021, this travel will be counted towards the current year (2020) Upgraded Boarding purchases. Any Upgraded Boarding purchased after January 21,2021 would count towards your 2021 purchases. We automatically apply a statement credit to your account when an Upgraded Boarding purchase is made with your Southwest Rapid Rewards(R) Priority card.
