Is anyone else having problems using the WM app for BPs? I get to the point where I select "Start" to verify my identity. It thinks for a second and then says "We can't verify your identity". I'm never even given a chance to answer the three questions.
Same problem here. Just they don’t ask me 3 questions, I would get a text message to verify. Then get the message “we can’t verify your identity “
