Agreed. While P/Z space is generally reasonably available in advance, within 1-2 weeks of departure it can be rather limited on certain routes. Not to mention SDCs are much, much easier when booked into flexible J.
Also, not all Latitude fares are fully flexible.
So there definitely is a significant difference between Latitude and flexible J depend on your travel pattern.
