Well after all, breakfast is an absolute destroyer of Marriott's profit margins
Just booked two Holiday Inn Express stays in Utah for our holiday road trip (California is a bad example right now), and both hotels in different cities are offering their normal full hot buffet service as before, just served to you by a staff member - you know, omelets, gravy, biscuits, sausage and bacon, cereal, juices, etc - all the things Marriott claims are simply impossible to serve "for safety reasons"
