There are no current travel restrictions to California or Los Angeles. The Governor and the Mayor have recommended that individuals avoid non-essential travel and quarantine for 14 days upon return to the state. The city requires all travelers entering the city from another state or country to fill out this online form, acknowledging that they have read and understood California’s travel advisory.

You are not entering the city, so these recommendations and requirement do not apply to you. Simply use the T4 - TBIT connector (near Gate 41) to walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate without exiting the secured area of the airport.
