And also IMO, CSR and CFF/CFU can never devalue each other, they can only enhance each other, as the CSR's earning strength doesn't lie in CSR's earnings potential alone but the entire UR ecosystem that it's at.
I don't necessarily find that to be the case. For instance next year I'm flying my wife and in-laws out to Hawaii on points. I'm transferring 180K UR points to United and booking 4 RT economy tickets with a stopover in Kauai (45K points each). Right now the going fare with a stopover is right at $1,000. So I'm getting roughly 2.2 cents per mile in value for redeeming those on United.
September of 2019 I booked a trip for my wife and I with transferring UR points to United for a trip to Paris/Monte Carlo/Zurich for 136K points. The cost of each ticket was over $2000 so almost 3 cents per point in value.
I also find Hyatt an extraordinary value no matter what level you redeem points for.
For me, UR's biggest advantage over Amex is United and Hyatt, and if that were to ever change, I'd likely move most of my spending to a different card family.
