Well, I just pointed out that the rate difference between deluxe garden pool and overwater bungalow was 20,000 XPF on the Hilton website and noted that we will be staying multiple nights. So basically I got panoramic overwater bungalow with overwater bungalow upgrade cost. I read that this property is not generous when it comes to diamond upgrade so I took the offer. By the way, the upgrade fees are refundable in case COVID positive or flight cancelled. I contacted the property in advance (a month prior to arrival) and this is before Christmas.
