I stayed here Monday to Friday for about 5 months in 2002, nice hotel, very nice suites. Great city if you like fish.

Be wary of the taxi-drivers, a lot of them try to charge twice the rate. It should only cost around 10 euros to the hotel from the airport, and the same from the hotel to the city centre.

If you get the chance, try visit the Kais restaurant. Its located in the city centre near the docks at Cais da Viscondessa, Rua da Cintura-Santos.
