Thanks for all your help with our questions
1) AA has their first service in the morning from MEX at 6:30am to MIA. Admirals Club starts their operations at 5:30am.
2) Getting a taxi from MEX Airport to the Hotel should cost you approximately 15 USD. There are two official companies with same prices. Once you get out of immigration/customs, regardless of gate you arrive, turn to the left and get your ticket to the taxi. Then just grab the first taxi on the taxi rank and onwards to your hotel.
3) There's a metro station in the airport but it's pretty inconvenient, lots of llines to switch, stations not prepared for luggage, and I'd highly suggest you go by taxi as it's rather inexpensive.

Obs.: I have no idea where 'El Presidente' Hotel is in Mexico City. I googled it but there's only such hotel in Acapulco, so please check the name of your hotel so that we could offer additional input.

Obs.:#2 - Should you have the opportunity of flying to MEX on a Mexicana flight, with AA# on it, you accrue miles just the same and their service is much better than AA's. MX offers food and cocktails on their flights to Mexico - with AA you'll get but soft drinks and, perhaps, a few pretzels.
