I have an upcoming one-way trip coming up to a city not served by National and was thinking about using my free day with enterprise because the cost online comes to 490 dollars (oof) even after applying my contract. On the national website I saw the following:
"For a limited time, Emerald Club members can redeem free days at participating EnterpriseŽ neighborhood locations in the US and Canada when you reserve by December 31, 2020 for travel by January 31, 2021. Reservations must be made by phone. To redeem your free days at Enterprise, please call 844-643-5085"
I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this and if they only cover the base charge or also cover the fees (enterprises charges the drop fee separately which comes out to 350 dollars on the rental above). I'm in Canada if that's relevant.
