Take COPA with the Lie-Flat (which they are running to SCL and EZE) , as everyone else said the lounges including COPA's in BOG are better but hopefully T2 lounge in PTY will be open by then...

If you were going out of JFK then I would say take AV, 330 or 787 by that time to BOG, good lounges, (and BOG-SCL might be back to a A330 1x.)
