Just when I thought things were getting better, after they fixed the mistakes on my account, then today I blew a head gasket (brain explosion), because they completely screwed up my account to the point I had to open a case with Marriott Bonvoy before I even checked out. Their local private computer system shows my 6 night stay, and I have a receipt stating so, but the national Marriott system, my app and my online account shows they went in the system and changed my nights to 3. Which means I won't keep Platinium status if the 3 nights is what is only recorded.

I don't know if they are cooking the books or something else nefarious, but something stinks.

I'll report back the outcome because a Marriott Bonvoy supervisor is handling it and advised one way or another all my nights will be posted to my account in about the next week.

I talked to hotel manager and he was clueless (totally played dumb) like all the other employees.

I should have listened to you☹️

*On edit: Somebody out there put your thinking cap on and try to figure out why they would submit to Marriott 3 days when I stayed 6 days, and paid for 6 days. I wonder why that would benefit them. Could it have something to do with complimentary breakfast or the upgrade?

*Also, even though I checked out several hours ago, the app shows I'm still there and is asking me if I want to checkout by 1:00 pm deadline.
This hotel deserves its own thread. There's a lot of info here that really has nothing to do with Suspension of Benefits, but would be useful to someone planning to stay at the hotel. Perhaps you can ask the mods to transfer all the pics and info to a Master Thread for the hotel.
