I think he means some seating options which would normally incur an extra fee are included for the corp bookings. My wife and I have both worked for large employers who have this benefit... for me it didn’t matter since I was EXP anyway, but after booking through Concur she can pull up her reservation on seatselect.aa.com and choose a preferred seat. No MCE, just the preferred seats.
