So as secondary cardholder for TD Visa Infinite, the first baggage fee should be waived on AC right?

Linked my card/account on Nov 25 and and the aeroplan dashboard shows credit card holder, I booked a revenue AC flight Nov 30, but the confirmation PDF still shows baggage fee instead of 0.

Also have aeroplan booking and I deleted/added back the AC#, but bag fee still seems applicable.

Should I reach out to aeroplan about this or wait for it to sort out? Flight is in a week
