As far as I understand from the labeling of the package of the sandwich, the sandwich is prepared at the catering facility for AA.
It's definitely not pre-packaged and pre-manufactured like supermarket-style sandwiches.

One is junk food and one is not a place that you could have a decent lunch but during my previous trip out of DCA, Dunkin Donuts and Five Guys were also open alongside Kapnos Taverna.
