The cupholder is a giveaway that it was an A320/A321. Sadly, they are less comfortable than the old seats in the 737s but I don't find them to be uncomfortable. The seat pitch still sets them above the standard recliners found on other airlines IMO.
I also prefer the F seats on the 737-800/900s. The grey seats with cupholders are on 737-700s (which don’t fly transcons with rare exceptions) and the A320/321. Fortunately, the 737-800/900s still comprise the majority of the operational fleet.
