During this pandemic, AA has decided to use it as an excuse to suspend meal service in First Class, even though there is no evidence of increased transmission from meal service (which is why restaurants still are allowed take-out and outdoor service). The masks provide the protection already. So while AA is saving money on providing the meal services, they still are charging the same amount for First Class tickets. So why not issue vouchers to First Class passengers to get meals in the airport to bring on board? This would help the airport businesses, satisfy American's best flyers, and still appear to be safe. Getting fed in First Class is half the reason I am there.
