I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue? My wife signed up for the recent Marriott Bonvoy credit card promotion with Chase for 5 free nights (50k point max) when spending $5k in the first 3 months. We got the cards, reached the spending threshold and the free night certificates showed up on her Bonvoy acct. They have been on there for a few days but we cannot attach them to ANY reservation. We have tried multiple hotels on various dates, all 1 night each and less than the 50k point limit for the certificates. The system will not give us the option online to use the certificates for any reservation. So we called Marriott. Agent over the phone cannot attach them either. They tried to get their supervisor involved with no luck. They say that their supervisor will look into it and fix it but that has not happened.

This is pretty frustrating. It appears to be an issue with her certificates specifically. We want to use the free night for a category 7 hotel and 50k point nights are only offered during off peak. If this goes on much longer, the 50k point nights at the hotel will be gone.
