Just find a cat 1, hard to beat 3.75k/night after rebate. For 30 nights you would end up spending 112.5k, which will later get you 1 cat 7 (~25k), 1 cat 4 (~15k), 100 gc (~5k). So you're paying 72.5k for 4 tsu plus 2 years of globalist. At 1.5 cpp with the woh card and 15% taxes/fees, the breakeven is around ~$37/night before taxes/fees, meaning if the nightly rate is below 35 then you should be paying cash and vice versa. Unless there's a price mistake and the hotel chooses to honor I can't imagine there are many US properties with rate that low.
