Twice this summer I made changes due to covid/schedule changes and the add-collect was an extra penny for taxes due to FX changes between booking and reissue dates. Sure enough they took my credit card for the penny. Why not just set a materiality bar of $2? Even the IRS rounds to the nearest dollar.
