As much as I want to see the Hawaii economy recover, it's too risky to come here ...especially if you're going to be locked into commiting something days beforehand. Things, including travel policies, continue to be fluid and as cases grow on the mainland, things will get much worse here. Either disease wise, policy wise, or both.
