Leftovers for lunch - will be more of the same tonight.

Sometime over the next couple of days, I'll boil the carcass and make creamed turkey, which I'll freeze and we'll have over the next couple of months with biscuits and mashed potatoes and with cheese souffles (a la Le Souffle in Paris).
