Final menu...

Pre-dinner nibbles:
  • Assorted cheeses, including marinated feta
  • Assorted crackers
  • Nut mix
Dinner:
  • Turducken with cornbread stuffing
  • Pork sausage and sage stuffing
  • Scalloped oysters
  • Maple glazed sweet potatoes
  • Green beans with ginger and garlic
  • Roast Brussels sprouts
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Gravy
  • Homemade bread with Kerrygold butter
  • Cranberry relish with orange and pecans
Desserts:
  • It's a surprise! (The other couple is bringing them.)
  • Frozen cranberry salad (one of the other couple's family recipes, which most eat with dinner but I love as my dessert
