Interesting. I stayed there last April and also had a terrible time with the heating. Eventually they started turning off radiators, one at a time (a total of 2 or three were shutt off)- and we had a 5 month old baby with us! I recently discussed this with the manager there, who said they had fixed the problem over the summer. Perhaps not?
I also asked for wake up calls on 3 of the 7 nights so that I could get off skiing early but did not get a call on any of the mornings. It would have been unacceptable for a Days Inn, let alone a Sheraton.
