The name and BonVoy account number must match to earn any points. Also, if your reservation is made through a third party (ex. Expedia), no points will accumulate to the account, only status will accrue. The only way to earn points for yourself would be to make two separate reservations, one under your spouse's three-day company paid stay and the other two days in your name. Just let the front desk know that you are a stay-over guest and would like to stay in the same room.
