Of course you can ask the hotel to give you an extra bill with your spouses name on it before reverting it back to yours. Since this would only be an informational invoice it's up to the employer if they accept something like this. You could also add your spouses name in the address field where you usually put the street so both of your names show on the bill. Again up to the employer what kind of receipts they accept as reimbursements.
