Broiled salmon

leftover sweet potato casserole with broiled marshmallows
roasted bruxelles sprouts

I’m so excited to cook thanksgiving! Just had a zoom chat with the other moms in our book club and one will also have a turkey for their family of 3; the other mom is vegetarian so it’ll just be 2 of them! The other moms assured me that I can freeze the turkey leftovers :-)
