I stayed there once in the 90's when it was branded a Crowne Plaza. Much better than probably 99% of Holiday Inns, but not the best deal for $55 on Priceline

The exec rooms are not much worse than the JW Marriott's (which has the least inspiring rooms of BKK 5*'s IMHO).
