Ok, just spent an hour on the phone with a very helpful Costco phone rep, who messaged escalations to supervisors and loss prevention while I was on the line. Loss prevention canceled my three separate attempts. Reason? My billing address has my zip+4, while my shipping address only had my 5 digit zip code. Because they didn't perfectly match, it got kicked out. No matter that it doesn't physically ship, but is emailed. And no matter that many dozens of prior Costco online orders that did actually ship never had this problem. There's been some significant fraud associated with this item, according to the very diligent phone rep. That's an hour I'll never get back. COVID has taught me patience I never knew I had...
