who told you there was a dress code there? (news to me) interestingly, unlike oontiveros, i like the ambience (best view in the city plus nice music and furniture) but think the food/service is nothing special. my impression of the food is italian, but with a distinct chinese essence (and that's not a good thing). however, the desserts are pretty good and the champagne prices are reasonable so i often try to stop by after dinner when i'm in the area.
