I've just run into this problem. I replaced my old phone after it killed itself, and with my fresh start on my new one, I downloaded all my old apps. With IHG, after logging in, there's no option anywhere for adding the card to Apple Wallet despite my having had it for years on my iPhone XS. I've tried exchanging emails, calls and tweets with IHG and they give the same instructions despite seeing screenshots sent to them showing there is no "Add to Wallet" option.

Anyone else experiencing this or know a workaround? Thanks.
