For Visa, the card member can lodge a dispute on a deposit not returned provided it is within cancellation policy up to 120 days after date service is expected to be received (subject to the 540 day restriction mentioned earlier)
For MasterCard, card member can lodge a dispute up to 120 days from date of cancellation, again, provided it meets cancellation policy.
